Just five minutes down the road from the TPC clubhouse is a private, members-only club that I call home: Marsh Landing Country Club. This is a course that isn't available to the public, but as a member, I have the privilege of hosting my clients for an exclusive "Local's Day."

This isn't just another neighborhood course; it's a serious test of golf. Marsh Landing has a proven championship pedigree, having hosted multiple U.S. Amateur qualifying events.

It's one of the most unique and challenging layouts in Northeast Florida, a true "shot-maker's" course that demands terrific course management. It will test every single facet of your game, but with six tee decks to choose from, it's a very fair and playable experience for all abilities.

The "Local's" Perfect Day

The course is famous for its fantastic condition, especially during the peak fall and spring seasons. What makes it a truly unique experience, however, is the setting. The course winds through the beautiful salt marshes and the exclusive community of Marsh Landing, which boasts some of the most expensive and stunning homes in all of North Florida. It's part championship golf, part sightseeing.

After your round, the experience continues. The clubhouse has one of the best 19th holes in town, with incredible food and drinks. Grab a table on the veranda, which offers a stunning panoramic view overlooking the entire back nine, and reminisce about the round.

Marsh Landing Country Club is a private, members-only facility. You can't call the pro shop and get a tee time.

When you book your TPC Sawgrass trip with me, I can personally build this "Local's Day" at my home club into your itinerary. We can add it as a full second-day experience or as a warm-up round to get you ready for TPC.

This is the very definition of a "local insider experience"—playing a fantastic private course you can't access on your own, then having a drink at the members' clubhouse.
